Moorestown Township Police Department: Weekly Police Reports

The following reports are on file with the Moorestown Police Department.

On Sunday, March 26, Rita’s Water Ice in the Moorestown Mall turned over a counterfeit $20 bill the store received.

On Monday, March 27, 21-year-old Charles Davis III of Maple Shade was arrested during a motor vehicle stop and charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Davis was released on a summons.

Also on Monday, March 27, Champs Sporting Goods on Route 38 reported a past shoplifting. A man and a woman concealed $850 worth of Nike sweat suits on Friday, March 24.

On Tuesday, March 28, numerous unlocked vehicles were reportedly entered overnight on Windsor Place and each vehicle had an undetermined amount of loose change taken.

On Wednesday, March 29, a number of unlocked vehicles were reportedly entered overnight on Cooper Ave and Tollhouse Lane where nothing was reported missing. An unlocked vehicle on Windermere Dr was entered and a wallet was taken.

Also on Wednesday, March 29, 33-year-old Latonya Adams of Lindenwold and 39-year-old Garrett Mosley of Lindenwold were arrested for Theft by Deception for returning a Paula Dean cook set valued at $128.24 to Boscov’s Dept Store, which they did not purchase, for a gift card. Both were released on a summons.
