Cherry Hill-based Markeim Chalmers, Inc. was recently recognized by MARE Journal in the category of Best Medical Office Lease of 2016 for its work with a new Cherry Hill medical facility.
Markeim Chalmers work with Penn Medicine’s new facility on Route 70 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey earned the firm its recognition. Each year, MARE Journal highlights noteworthy real estate deals nominated for their size and unique characteristics. It is the first time Markeim Chalmers was named to the list.
The former retail facility has been transformed into a state-of-the-art medical complex. The property is home to various practice groups with the world-renowned Penn Medicine and University of Pennsylvania Health System.
