Cinnaminson Township Police Department arrests two at Hallmark Motel

Charges include Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.

On Sunday, March 19 at 7:58 a.m., Cinnaminson Township Police Officer Joshua Lillagore was on patrol in the Hallmark Motel when he located a vehicle in the lot bearing a license plate which had been reported stolen. At the time, officers were unable to locate the operator of the vehicle and the vehicle was impounded.

A short time later, officer Lillagore was able to locate the female believed to have been in possession of the earlier vehicle. She and a male were entering a different vehicle on the lot. During the investigation, officers observed evidence of a controlled dangerous substance in the vehicle. During the search of the vehicle, officers located a loaded .40 caliber semi automatic handgun in the center console.

The male, 24-year-old Jahmeen Harris of Camden, was arrested without incident and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, Possession of Hollow Point Ammunition, and Certain Persons Not to Possess Weapons. Mr. Harris was lodged in Burlington County Jail.

The female, 25-year-old Syeeda Walker of Camden, was arrested for outstanding warrants from other jurisdictions. She was released pending court.
