The Cinnaminson Middle School faculty and students battled in the seventh annual Hoops for Heart basketball game earlier this month. The event benefits the American Heart Association and is organized by the middle school health and physical education teachers along with the student council advisors.
Forty faculty members volunteered for the event with 15 of them playing in the game. The game went into overtime for the first time in event history and the teachers came out on top 70–87. The event raised more than $1,000 to be donated for the American Heart Association.
