This is a juried exhibition of photographs by regional artists at the Perkins Center’s Moorestown Gallery.
Perkins Center’s 34th Annual Photography exhibition, running through Sunday, March 26, exemplifies the best and most innovative work by photographers from throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond. The 2016 exhibition, held at the Perkins Center for the Arts, located at 395 Kings Highway, features 63 works of art from 49 talented artists, selected from a total of 254 works of art submitted for consideration.
The 2017 exhibition displays exceptional work with a wide range of techniques and styles which share a distinct personal vision for the photographic medium. The Center would like to extend its deepest appreciation to all the artists who submitted work for this year’s show.
It also wishes to thank juror Sarah Stolfa, founder and executive director of the Philadelphia Photo Arts Center and an award winning fine-art photographer. She was impressed with the quality, skill and level of expertise of photos presented for review in this year’s photography exhibition. She carefully scrutinized each and every work for consideration to be chosen for exhibition and brought together an excellent body of work for this years show.
Lastly, the Center wishes to express a special thank you to its volunteers who assisted during receiving, pickup, jury day and the opening reception.
