Hall’s score of 502.6 at the NJSIAA State Diving Championships on Wednesday broke the previous school record set by Dan Cuilla.
Cherry Hill High School West junior diver Dillon Hall made school history on Wednesday at the NJSIAA State Diving Championships.
Hall finished in third place at the meet with a score of 502.6 points. His score broke the Cherry Hill West school record set previously by Dan Cuilla. Cuilla graduated from Cherry Hill West in 2004.
Hall’s highest scoring dive was a front 2/12 somersault pike. Hall received a score of 70.2 on the dive, the highest total he had ever received on a single individual dive.
Hall was the highest scoring South Jersey diver at the meet. Seamus Harding of Notre Dame High School won the state championship with a score of 591.
