Voorhees Township Community Service Awards Dinner will be held on Jan. 26

The Voorhees Breakfast Rotary Club hosts this annualĀ event.

The Voorhees Breakfast Rotary Club is holding its annual Voorhees Township Community Service Awards Dinner on Thursday, Jan. 26 from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Mansion, located at 3000 MainĀ Street.

The rotary club will honor their Community Service Award recipients for 2016, including Voorhees Business Association as Voorhees Business of the Year, Michael Mignogna as Voorhees Citizen of the Year, Fire Battalion Chief Jim Poland as Voorhees First Responder of the Year and Eastern Regional High School student Veronica Alday as the Voorhees Selfless Student of theĀ Year.

Inspired by their motto, ā€œService Above Self,ā€ the rotary club has been recognizing others in the community who live by the same credo for the past eightĀ years.
