Police say on Dec. 19 the male in the surveillance picture is suspected of shoplifting four prepaid phones from Target.

Police say on Dec. 19 at 6:22 p.m., the male in the surveillance pictures provided is suspected of shoplifting four prepaid phones, totaling $500, from the Target, located at 751 S. Route 73, Marlton.
