Residents will have the chance to leave wishes on the wall and potentially have them granted by the Wishwall Foundation.
Girl Talk of Marlton will be unveiling a new “Wish Wall” on Saturday, Dec. 10, at the Evesham Library from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Girl Talk Marlton, a local chapter of the nonprofit international mentoring program for girls, has joined The Wishwall Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to social community outreach, to help gather and possibly grant wishes posted on the wall.
The upcoming Dec. 10 event is free and open to the public.
The Wishwall is dedicated in the memory of late Marlton native and singer Christine Grimmie. Residents are encouraged to come out and write their wish on the wall.
After the event the Wish Wall will be on permanent display in the library to represent a message of hope and peace against violence and hate in the world.
