The incident began on Nov. 18 at 10:23 a.m., when an Evesham officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Road.

During the investigation Evesham Police K9 EZ was called upon to assist officers with the detection of narcotics.
K9 EZ was walked around the exterior of the suspect’s vehicle at which time she alerted officers to the presence of narcotics inside the car.
A subsequent search of the vehicle by officers resulted in the discovery hallucinogenic mushrooms, marijuana brownies and marijuana.
Arrested:
A male, age 27, of Cinnaminson, was charged with third-degree possession of Psilocybin, fourth-degree possession more than 50 grams of marijuana and a disorderly persons offense for possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.
