The open house will take place Sunday, Nov. 20 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
The Burlington County Recycling Office will be holding a Recycling Center Open House on Sunday, Nov. 20 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Robert C. Shinn Recycling Center in Westampton.
Magician Bill Kerwood will be performing at the event. There will also be a special one-day recycling drop-off for rigid plastics, holiday lights and already-shredded paper.
Recycling center tours run from 10 a.m. until 2:50 p.m. The tours start with a classroom session, followed by a walk-through of the recycling plant. Each tour will last approximately 50 minutes.
Registration is required for groups of five or more, and encouraged for all participants. Registration closes Nov. 16 at 5 p.m. To register, email [email protected].
All participants must wear closed-toed flat shoes if they wish to tour the plant.
