Evesham Township’s unofficial election results have started to come in

Burlington County’s unofficial election results have started to come in, and it appears Evesham Township Council’s two incumbent Republican’s will retain their seats.

Incumbents Ken D’Andrea and Robert DiEnna finished ahead in their race to keep their council seats, beating out Democratic Challengers Philip Warren and John Bravo.

The unofficial results from the Burlington County Board of Elections reports D’Andrea with 10,240 votes and DiEnna with 9,742 votes, ahead of Warren’s 9,025 votes and Bravo’s 9,141 votes.

Unlike council, the Evesham Township School District Board of Education will see some new faces in the race to fill three, full three-year seats.

While incumbent Trish Everhart won the race 7,413 votes, newcomers Dennis Mehigan won with 7,789 votes and Kenneth Mills won with 6,286 votes.

The other candidates were Nichole Stone (incumbent) with 6,116 votes, Jay Levenson with 6,203 votes and Christopher Ackley with 4,886 votes.

In the race for the board’s single, two-year seat, William McGoey with 7,455 votes beat out Diane Dzwill with 6,241 votes.

The Lenape Regional Board of Education also had one seat in Evesham up for election this, with newcomer Bonnie J. Olt winning with 12,603 votes as she was the only candidate to run.
