MOD Pizza donating opening day pizza sales to Cherry Hill Education Foundation

MOD Pizza will be opening its new Cherry Hill location on Tuesday.

A new pizza restaurant in Cherry Hill is donated all of its opening day pizza sales to a local organization.

MOD Pizza, located at 706 Haddonfield Road in Cherry Hill, will be opening its doors on Tuesday, Nov. 8. To celebrate its grand opening the restaurant is donating 100 percent of its pizza sales on Tuesday to the Cherry Hill Education Foundation, a non-profit organization raising funds for Cherry Hill Public Schools.

Cherry Hill Education Foundation provides grants to teachers and staff in 19 Cherry Hill schools for the purpose of enhancing education of the district’s 11,350 students. Since 2007, the foundation ha given out more than $1 million in donations and grants to the district.

MOD Pizza will open its doors at noon on Tuesday. The first 52 people through the door will receive free pizza. There will also be other giveaways.
