Teens ages 13 to 16 can become certified in CPR and first aid at the class. They will also be instructed in personal and fire safety.
The Cherry Hill Fire Department is welcoming Cherry Hill residents ages 13 to 16 to attend its upcoming safe babysitting class.
The fire department is offering the class on Saturday, Nov. 19 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. It will take place at Cherry Hill Fire Department Central Command, located at 1100 Marlkress Road in Cherry Hill.
Attendees who complete the class with become certified in CPR and first aid. They will also be instructed in personal and fire safety. Attendees should bring a bag lunch.
The class will be limited to 25 students. The cost is $10 and can be through cash or check. The registration fee is due the day of the class.
