Tickets are now on sale for the 22nd Annual Taste of Burlington County to benefit Providence House Domestic Violence Services of Catholic Charities. The event will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at The Merion in Cinnaminson. Tickets are $55 per person and tables of 10 can be reserved. To purchase tickets, call Providence House (856) 824–0599. Last year’s event, which was attended by nearly 450 guests and raised more than $50,000 to benefit Providence House, featured samplings from more than 20 restaurants, a gift auction and raffle drawings. This is the only major fundraising event to support the professional domestic violence services of Providence House in Burlington County. All services, including a 24/7 hotline, safehouse, counseling for adults and children, education and legal advocacy are offered at no cost to clients and are confidential.
This year’s Taste includes a major sponsor, Holman Automotive Group, many returning favorite restaurants and two new participants, Best of the Wurst and Buffalo Wild Wings.
