Join Mark Walters, a retired N.Y. and N.J. high school principal, director of college counseling, and guidance director, for a free informational seminar entitled, “How You can become one of ‘The Select Few!’” on Wednesday, Sept. 28 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Moorestown Library.
Whether you’re interested in a selective, a highly selective, Ivy or a Public Ivy, state or local college, or one of “The Colleges That Change Lives,” Mark Walters will share his 30+ years of experience.
From transcript to profile to essay, he will show students how to stand out from the crowd, and have control and power over the process. He will make clear what he sees as the five most frequent causes for rejection and empower his audience with the tools and pathways needed to turn rejection into selection.
This is a seminar for high school students who are thinking about or planning for college and their parents.
