The following report is on file with the Evesham Police Department:
On Aug. 11 at 11:39 p.m., an Evesham Police Officer patrolling inside the DDACTS Zone attempted to stop a motorist on Route 70 by Maple Avenue for careless driving. The motorist refused to pull over, rather continued to her home in the unit block of Blanchard Road.
Once reaching her home, the intoxicated female refused to comply with officers orders and became combative and irate. During the arrest the female kicked and spit on multiple officers.
Arrested:
A female, age 31, of Marlton, was charged with two counts of third degree aggravated assault, third degree throwing bodily fluids on police, third degree eluding, fourth degree resisting arrest and a disorderly persons offense for obstruction. She was committed to the Burlington County Jail in default of $22,500Â bail.
