The following report is on file with the Evesham Police Department:

On July 27 at approximately 3:02 p.m., the Evesham Police Department responded to the Kings Grant Development for a reported of male who exposed himself to two 15-year-old girls, then chased one of the females before being scared off by passing motorist.

Investigation determined that two 15-year-old girls were riding bikes in the area of the dog park on the Crown Royal Parkway when they observed a male in his twenties, wearing a black tee-shirt, tan khaki shorts, and thin build with a military style hair-cut and described as being very pale. The male walked ahead of the girls and into a hedgerow. The girls continued on the biking path and as they approached the hedgerow they observed the male exposing himself. The girls frantically biked away and the male chased after one of the females. The juvenile wisely flagged down a passing motorist who stopped, causing the suspect to be scared off and flee the area.

Evesham Police searched and canvassed the entire neighborhood, but the suspect was not located. The Evesham Police Department obtained a composite sketch of the suspect.
