The suspect was observed running from a resident’s garage on West Chapel Avenue with the leaf blower around 12:45 a.m. on July 5
Cherry Hill Police arrested a man earlier this week after he was observed running out of a resident’s garage with a leaf blower.
On July 5 at approximately 12:45 a.m., a resident from the unity block of West Chapel Avenue in the Still Park neighborhood called police after he heard noises coming from his garage and saw a suspect run away with a leaf blower. Police were able to track down the suspect, a 54-year-old man from Cherry Hill, with the leaf blower in his possession.
The suspect was arrested without incident and charged with burglary and theft. He was remanded to the Camden County Jail in default of $15,000 full cash bail.
