On May 19 at 12:30 p.m., an officer patrolling inside the department’s DDACTS Zone conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 70.
During the investigation Evesham Police K-9 Ciko was called upon to assist officers with the detection of narcotics.
K-9 Ciko was walked around the exterior of the suspect’s vehicle at which time he alerted officers to the presence of narcotics inside the car.
A subsequent search of the vehicle by officers resulted in the discovery of Heroin and hypodermic needles.
Arrested:
A female, age 29, of Cherry Hill, was charged with third degree possession of heroin and a disorderly persons offense for possession of a hypodermic Needle. She was released on her own recognizance.
A female, age 27, of Cherry Hill, was charged with third degree possession of heroin and a disorderly persons offense for possession of a hypodermic needle. She was released on her own recognizance.
