I just read the proposal for a walking bill and think it is another of many liberal laws that are trying to control the lives of the people in America. There is a similar law in New York City where population and traffic are dangerously dense. Medford and South Jersey in general are not like that. If you warn people about the situation it should stop there. It is the responsibility of adults to learn from it. There is no need to punish someone for walking and talking on a cell phone. Enough with the over regulation from government.
