The following reports are on file with the Medford Township Police Department
On March 16 at 7:30 p.m., patrols conducted a motor vehicle stop on a blue Toyota for speeding on Route 70 and Hartford Road. Upon their approach of the vehicle patrols observed, in plain view, suspected marijuana on the rear passenger seat.
After a search of the vehicle on-scene was conducted, patrols uncovered suspected marijuana.
Also, located inside the vehicle were two M-5000 fireworks. The three suspects were subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Medford Township Police Headquarters.
The driver was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of CDS paraphernalia, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, possession of fireworks, speeding, driving with too many passengers on a provisional New Jersey drivers license, processed, and released on summonses pending her court appearance in the Medford Township Municipal Court.
Both passengers were charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of CDS paraphernalia, failure to wear seatbelt, processed, and released on special complaints pending their court appearances in the Medford Township Municipal Court.
On March 17 at 9:23 p.m., patrols conducted a motor vehicle stop on a blue Honda for a tinted windows violation on Hopewell Road and Centennial Avenue.
Upon their approach of the vehicle patrols detected the odor of raw marijuana coming from the vehicle.
After a search of the vehicle on-scene was conducted patrols located suspected marijuana in the vehicle.
The driver was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Medford Township Police Headquarters where she was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, and tinted windows.
She was then processed and released on special complaints, pending her court appearances in the Medford Township Municipal Court.
