Freeholder Mary Ann O’Brien announced today that the Freeholder Board will be partnering with the County’s Workforce Development Institute to host their annual Spring Job Fair on Friday, March 11. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Burlington Center Mall on Route 541 in Burlington Township.
“As Burlington County’s regional business needs continue to grow, so do our efforts to meet those needs,” said Freeholder O’Brien. “The Freeholder Board is proud to partner with the County’s Workforce Development Institute to once again provide residents of varying talents and backgrounds the opportunity to meet with over 70 employers from diverse fields such as health care, hospitality, retail, finance, skilled trades, transportation, technology and more.”
“In past years we have seen an overwhelmingly positive response from the free event, and we expect the same this year” Freeholder O’Brien continued. “With over 1,000 job seekers with broad qualifications anticipated to attend this year’s job fair, this proves to be an ideal opportunity for businesses to fill job vacancies and meet a talented pool of potential employees; in addition to providing valuable exposure for their company.”
