Philharmonic of Southern NJ continues to celebrate 25th season with Winter Concert ‘Let’s Dance’ on Feb. 28

On Feb. 28 The Philharmonic of Southern NJ will continue to celebrate its 25th season with its Winter Concert, “Let’s Dance. “

The group will be performing the lush melodies of Tchaikovsky, his Swan Lake Suite №20 (1877) and of Prokofiev, his Romeo and Juliet, Suite №2, (1938), under the baton of Maestro Matthew Oberstein.

The performance will take place at the Eastern Center for the Performing Arts, Eastern Regional High School, 1401 Laurel Oak Road, where iconic scores will bring to life the classical Russian Ballet.

Featuring dancers on stage, the orchestra invites the public to join it for pre-concert talk at 2 p.m., with the concert to follow at 3 p.m.
