Nine employees of Crossroads Programs have reached the five-year mark with the organization and were honored at an annual employee service recognition event in late December.

The employees who were recognized were Alexander Kenyon, youth counselor from Trenton, Mary Beth Barnes, CPA controller from Logan Township, Mark Clark, youth counselor from Mt, Laurel, Christian Garcia, youth counselor from Hamilton, Stephanie Green, program supervisor from Atco, Barbara Mangas, payroll accountant from Yardley, Pa., Clifton Richie, program supervisor from Voorhees, Antar Simmons, youth counselor from Burlington, and Nathaniel Smart, program supervisor from Trenton.

“Our work would not be possible without the dedication and expertise of our employees, including those honored at our recent holiday party,” said Crossroads’ Programs CEO Michael Snyder. “We are grateful for their service and their efforts to provide a brighter future for the youth served in our programs.”

Crossroads’ Programs, a nonprofit organization founded in 1978, works with at-risk children and youth from throughout New Jersey to ensure that they have a safe and supportive place to live, access to the care they need, and the ability to reach their full potential in life. In the past year alone, Crossroads has provided services to 325 youth in New Jersey, ranging from infants to those who are 21 years of age.
