Cherry Hill Public Schools opening two hours late on Monday

Cherry Hill Public Schools will open on a two-hour delay for Monday, Jan. 25 after a blizzard hit South Jersey over the weekend.

All buses will pick students up two hours than later than normally scheduled except for afternoon kindergarten. The class schedules for Monday are listed below:

  • High school: 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Middle school: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Elementary school: 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Morning kindergarten will take place from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., while afternoon kindergarten will take place 1 to 3:30 p.m. Half-day morning preschool is canceled, while afternoon preschool runs from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Full-day preschool will be from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Morning social skills kindergarten is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Child care services will also begin two hours late today.

There will be a different menu for lunch tomorrow. A limited hot food menu will be available along with sandwiches and cold food. The school district advises families to check the posted Aramark menu for possible changes later in the week.
