The following report is on file with the Evesham Police Department:
On Jan. 9 at approximately 5:30 p.m., Evesham Police detectives conducting surveillance observed suspicious activity that was consistent with narcotic sales in the lot of the Tri-Towne Plaza.
The investigation led to a vehicle being stopped, at which time the driver provided investigators with an inconsistent story of his activity. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of crack cocaine and marijuana.
Arrested:
A male, age 45, of Medford, was charged with third degree possession of crack cocaine and a disorderly persons offense for possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.
