Christmas Tree Collection
Christmas tree collection will take place the week of Jan. 25, and be performed by Township staff.
Residents can place their trees beside the street for collection on their designated trash collection day.
In the event of winter weather creating a collection delay, collection will resume as soon as time and weather permits. There will only be one collection so please have trees out during this week.
When placing trees out for collection, please do not place them in bags and make sure all lights, ornaments and/or garland have been removed.
Residents may also dispose of trees at the township garage/DPW facility at 2 Commonwealth Drive weekdays between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. and on the third Saturday, Jan. 16 from 7 a.m. until noon.
Medford Township will be recycling all trees collected. However, we cannot recycle flocked trees because of the chemical agents used in the flocking process. Please consider this when selecting your trees in future years.
