Assault

On Dec. 31, 2015, at approximately 8:05 p.m., Medford Township Police were dispatched to the Burger King on SH70 for a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, patrols observed a male subject enter a silver Audi outside of the business which fit the description provided by the caller as a vehicle involved in the disturbance.

The male subject refused to provide identification and also refused to provide his name to officers. He continued to be disorderly, shouting profanities at the general public and towards the police in a loud and aggressive manner.

While speaking with him, a female came across the parking lot towards police. She was also shouting obscenities at him and towards the police. Both subjects were determined to be under the influence of alcohol. The situation continued to escalate and it became necessary for patrols to place the subjects into custody.

$12,500 full bail.
