Here’s a look at what each session offers:
Session 1: “Portion Sizes” Tuesday Jan. 12, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Session 2: “Importance of Breakfast” Tues. Jan. 19, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Session 3: “Eating Healthy on the Go” Tues. Jan 26, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Session 4: “Label Reading” Tues. Feb. 2, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Session 5 “Cooking for Weight Loss” Tues. Feb. 9, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Session 6 “How to Maintain, Not Gain” Tues. Feb 16 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
