The following report is on file with The Evesham Police Department:
On Oct. 12 at 10:40 p.m., an officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Maple Avenue by Heron Pointe.
During the investigation the officer observed drug paraphernalia in plain-view inside the vehicle.
A subsequent search of the vehicle by officers resulted in the discovery of heroin along with hypodermic needles.
Arrests:
A male, age 25, of Philadelphia was charged with third degree possession of heroin and a disorderly persons offense for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was release on his own recognizance.
A male, age 28, of Vernon was charged with third degree possession of heroin and a disorderly persons offense for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was release on his own recognizance.
A female, age 21, of Hackettstown was charged with third degree possession of heroin and a disorderly persons offense for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was release on her own recognizance.
