Haddonfield Police Reports for Sept. 22 to 25

The following information is provided by the Haddonfield Police Department:

On Sept. 25, district 16 officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash in front of 440 Coles Mill Road. While on location officers placed a 34-year-old male of Cherry Hill under arrest for driving while intoxicated. Subsequently it was determined the incident occurred in the Haddonfield jurisdiction. The defendant was transported to the Haddonfield headquarters where he was processed and released to a friend. The report is pending.

On Sept. 22, on Haddon Avenue a large group of juveniles ran through the lot and damaged a basketball hoop. Broken cinderblocks and a bicycle were located in the rear playground area.

On Sept. 22, on the 100 block of Kings Highway East a complainant reported that three females entered the store and during the stated times, 3:20 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., stole a dress. The store had no surveillance system and no one had been in the store before, during or after the theft. The estimated cost of the dress was over $200.

On Sept. 22, a caller reported his son’s white “gravity” mountain bike was taken from the middle school between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. The bike was leaning against the wall and had a lock that was attached to the frame and front wheel, but not to a fixed object.
