Moorestown Police Reports for Aug. 21 to Aug. 27

The following reports are on file with the Moorestown Police Department:

On Aug. 21, a 20-year-old man of Bridgeton was arrested and charged with shoplifting. He concealed a bow tie and cologne valued at $131 from Macys Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. He was committed to the Burlington County Jail in default of $500 bail.

On Aug. 26, a 39-year-old man of Deptford was arrested and charged with shoplifting. He took three handbags valued at $714 from Lord & Taylor in the Moorestown Mall. He was remanded to the Burlington County Jail on $2,500 bail.

On Aug. 27, a 29-year-old individual of Maple Shade was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension by providing false information, name and date of birthday, to an officer while conducting a motor vehicle stop.
