Lenape High School provided an excellent orientation opportunity to the incoming Class of 2019 at Camp Lenape from August 10 to 12.
Organized and run by experienced faculty and involved student-leaders, the program included activities designed to assist the participating freshmen learn more about themselves, their classmates, and their new school. The camp focused on developing the academic, social, and interpersonal skills of the participants using fun and entertaining methods and on preparing the new students for the transition into high school.
Approximately 75 percent of the students in the class attended Camp Lenape and the group as a whole did an outstanding job of working together to start their high school years on a positive note.
