The following information is on file with the Moorestown Police Department:
On July 19, as a result of a motor vehicle stop a 24-year-old woman of Moorestown was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. She was also charged with numerous traffic summonses including refusal to submit to breathalyzer test.
On July 21, a 20-year-old man of Brooklyn, N.Y. was arrested and charged with forgery, attempted forgery and two counts of theft by deception. He used a counterfeit $100 bill to purchase jeans at Zumiez in the Moorestown Mall and attempted to use a counterfeit $100 bill to purchase a shirt at Sears also in the Moorestown Mall. He was remanded to the Burlington County Jail on $65,000 bail.
On July 21, a 32-year-old male of Camden was arrested and charged with shoplifting. He concealed 14 wallets in a bag from Boscov’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall for a total value of $498. He was released on a summons.
On July 23, a 38-year-old man of Moorestown was arrested and charged with criminal mischief. He caused damage inside a residence in excess of $500. He was released on 10 percent of $2,500 bail.
