Medford police responded to the area of Medford- Mt. Holly Road and Turtle Creek Drive for a report of a utility pole and transformer on fire. Police located a utility pole (#63263mf) in front of 109 Medford Mt. Holly Road that had caught fire from the transformer. Power in the area was shut down until the fire was extinguished by Medford Fire Department. Utility crews remained on location throughout the night, working to restore utilities to the affected areas. Medford-Mt. Holly Road was closed for over three hours while repairs were made.
