Christine Donahue, a graduating senior of Moorestown High School, was the recipient of a P.E.O. educational gift from Barbara Duffy, STAR chairperson for the local P.E.O. Chapter AF. Donahue plans to enter West Virginia University and study Elementary Education in a five-year master’s program. She hopes in time to teach children in Appalachia. P.E.O. is a philanthropic, educational organization that gives loans and grants to women to help them return to or continue their education.
