The following information was provided by the Mt. Laurel Police Department.
On July 6 at 10:05 a.m., Mt. Laurel Police conducted a pedestrian stop on Route 73 near Rogers Walk. During the stop officers arrested a 20-year-old woman from Clementon after she provided a false identity to the investigating officer in an attempt to avoid a summons. She was charged with hindering her own apprehension and released pending a court hearing.
A resident of the 1900 building on Larchmont Place reported that his 2007 Yamaha FZ6 motorcycle was stolen from the parking lot. The theft occurred between June 26 and July 3.
On July 6 at 10:00 p.m., Mt. Laurel Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 38 near Interstate-295. During the stop officers arrested a 32-year-old man from Mt. Laurel for several outstanding warrants. He was also found in possession of marijuana. He was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and committed to Burlington County Jail on $5,000Â bail.
A victim reported that his 2012 Sea-Doo GTX and trailer were stolen from the parking lot of 200 Ramblewood Country Club between July 6 and July 7.
A victim reported that she responded to an Internet advertisement to become a secret shopper. The company sent her several US postal money orders to use for her assignments. The victim deposited the money orders into her bank account. She sent money via Western Union to multiple people at the direction of the secret shopping company. The victim was then notified by her bank that the money orders were fictitious. The victim was defrauded out of approximately $300.
A victim reported that she arranged to purchase a concert ticket from an individual on Craigslist. The victim wired $130 through Moneygram to the suspect. The unknown suspect then refused to send the ticket to the victim.
