Samaritan Center for Grief Support announces July support group schedule
The Samaritan Center for Grief Support, a member of the Samaritan Family of Services headquartered in Marlton, has announced its July support group schedule.
“Grief is a natural, healthy and universal emotion. It helps us accept a loss and begin to heal. You don’t have to grieve alone,” said Kim Rumaker, Manager of the Samaritan Center for Grief Support.
The following support groups will be offered by the Samaritan Center for Grief Support staff in July:
The Grieving Heart — For adults grieving the loss of a family member or friend Locations — Virtua Memorial in Mt. Holly, 175 Madison Ave, Mt Holly on July 11 from 2–3:30 p.m. and Hammonton Library, 451 S Egg Harbor Road, Hammonton on July 18 from 10–11:30 a.m.
Samaritan’s grief support groups are open to anyone in the community, but registration is required at (856) 596–8550. Other Center services include grief counseling for adults and children, and PTSD services for active military and veterans.
