Promenade at Sagemore in Marlton Summer Concert Series July 1-Aug 26

The Promenade at Sagemore in Marlton announces their 12th annual Summer Concert Series running from July 1 to August 26. Every Wednesday night from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., music fans of all ages are invited to enjoy a variety of styles including jazz, popular rock and roll, country, blues, and more. All concerts during The Promenade’s Summer Concert Series are free to visitors and will take place in Center Court with plenty of room for dancing or sitting in lawn chairs, while having a great take-out dinner from our many restaurant choices. The Promenade is pet friendly too.

Performances scheduled for the Summer Concert Series include new artists along with returning favorites (Please check the website for updates): Contemporary Irish band, Screaming Orphans, kicks off the series on July 1. On July 8, The Blues Hawks delivers the blues, and R&B from Jutaun is sure to impress on July 15. On July 22 we get funky with Swift Technique and then Jason Loughlin & The String Gliders, brings country swing to The Promenade on July 31. August rolls in more great regional artists; with jazz fusion tunes from Dirk Quinn Band on August 5, and the funky folk of The Whiskeyhickon Boys on August 12. Sit back and enjoy the summer night with the Hawaiian stylings of Slowey & the Boats on August 19. Local notables Smash Palace with special guest Cliff Hillis closes the series on August 26.

In addition to attending a free outdoor concert every Wednesday evening, guests can enter their chance to win the Grand Prize; a large screen HDTV.
