Mt. Laurel Police investigating hit and run involving motorcyclist

Mt Laurel Police are investigating a hit and run accident in which a vehicle struck a motorcyclist.

The crash took place on Saturday, June 13 at 10:10 p.m. On that evening, a motorcyclist was traveling south on Route 73 in the left lane. As the cyclist crossed the intersection with Church Road and Ramblewood Parkway, another vehicle changed lanes and struck the motorcycle. The cyclist crashed and sustained serious injuries.

The motorcyclist, a 58-year-old man, was transported to Cooper Hospital by Mt. Laurel EMS. The driver of the other vehicle left the scene heading south on Route 73.

Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash and have information that could help identify the hit and run driver to contact the traffic bureau at (856) 234–1414 ext. 1565.
