Spring is a time for growth and renewal. Have a goal, a dream or want to live a more fulfilling life? Make it a reality with “Renewing You: How to Create a Life You Love!” — a three-week wellness series sponsored by Kennedy Health, beginning Wednesday, April 29 through May 3.
Each week’s class — led by mind-body-spirit consultant Jen Cooley Fleisher — begins at 6:30 p.m. and will build on the previous week’s work. The series will be held at the Kennedy Center at Voorhees, 1099 White Horse Road, 1st floor conference room.
The first week — “Creating an Amazing You!” — focuses on creating and incorporating goals into life. The second week — “Emerging into Greatness!” — will focus on creative ways to achieve goals while incorporating various wellness techniques into daily life. The third class — “Celebrating Your Success!” — will focus on celebrating success while establishing an exciting plan to move forward.
