Warm weather and spring home improvement and garden projects are just around the corner, and the 6th South Jersey Home Show will showcase more than 100 top local and national home improvement professionals and manufacturers and sellers of a wide range of products from throughout South Jersey and the Philadelphia metro area. The event is slated for March 20–22 at the Virtua Center Flyers Skate Zone in Voorhees.
“This important event will provide the opportunity for attendees to meet some of the finest professionals in South Jersey,” said Kevin McLaughlin of MAC Events, producer of the South Jersey Home Show. “Whether they need to complete some nagging maintenance projects, or are ready to embark on a remodeling or renovation project–or even build a custom home–attendees will be able to gather information, purchase products, and meet people with common interests.”
South Jersey Home Show exhibitors will be showcasing and demonstrating products and services ranging from air conditioning, to doors and closets, pools and spas, paving products and services, security systems, flooring, lighting, roofing, fencing, garage doors, home furnishings, lawn equipment, sprinkler systems, kitchens and cookware, bath equipment, home theaters and much more. On-site professionals will include general contractors, builders, electrical contractors, deck builders, decorators, remodeling contractors, landscape architects and contractors, and insurance companies.
“We exhibited at this show for the first time last year, and we enjoyed a good, steady flow of customers, generating solid leads for our products,” said Dan Cortez of Cabinets N More. “With that success, we wanted to come back and we anticipate double the response as the show gets bigger.”
“It’s a great event–a lot of vendors, solid attendance,” said Bob Buchan of Granite Transformations, which has participated every year. “All-in-all, it’s a good venue for us. The economy has been a little tough, but we’re counting on a good show this year. People are still interested in getting their homes remodeled, and they’re not going to sit on their money forever. I think we’re going to start seeing increased business, and this event will demonstrate that.”
The South Jersey Home Show will also be highlighted by the Home Makeover Wish List Challenge. At stake: A $250,000 Home Makeover.
