Haddonfield students make dean’s lists

This is a list college students from of Haddonfield who have made the dean’s list at their college in the fall of 2014:

The University of Rhode Island is pleased to announce that more than 4,700 students qualified for the fall 2014 dean’s list. Sarah Goldfield of Haddonfield was named to the dean’s list.

Molly Tomlinson of Haddonfield has been named to Millersville University of Pennsylvania’s dean’s list for the fall 2014 semester. The 1,465 students named to Millersville University’s fall 2014 dean’s list earned a semester grade-point-average of 3.50 or higher and attempted at least 12 credits of course work.

Nathaniel Thompson, a Denison University student from Haddonfield, is studying with the Council on International Educational Exchange Program in Spain for the 2015 spring semester. Thompson, a member of the Denison class of 2016, will continue to receive full credit toward a Denison degree while pursuing diverse research or academic opportunities.

Taylor Renzi, a resident of Haddonfield, was honored for academic achievement by being named to the dean’s list at Delaware Valley College for the fall 2014 semester.

Jessica Bergman and Melanie Vasso, both of Haddonfield, made the dean’s list at James Madison University for the fall 2014 semester. Bergman is a senior majoring in nursing — BSN and Vasso is a junior majoring in biology — BS.

Raymond Schlitt of Haddonfield has graduated from Bucknell University, which conferred bachelor’s degrees to students who completed their graduation requirements during the fall semester. Raymond graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. A dean’s list student, he was a member of the wrestling team. Raymond is the son of Mark and Beth Schlitt and a graduate of Haddonfield Memorial High School.

William Reich has been named to the fall 2014 dean’s list at St. Bonaventure University. The French major is from Haddonfield.

Seton Hall University is pleased to announce that the following students qualified for the fall 2014 dean’s list, Peter Gallagher, Quinn Laidig and Louis Pera of Haddonfield. To make the dean’s list, students must have at least a 3.4 GPA and can get no grade lower than a C.

Maxfield Haubrich, HMHS graduate of the class of 2014, has made the dean’s list for fall 2014. Haubrich is enrolled in the Music Industry and Technology program at Mercy College in Dobb’s Ferry, N.Y.

Molly McGovern of Haddonfield has been named to the dean’s list and earned honors for the fall semester of the 2014–2015 academic year at the University of New Hampshire.

Margaret Borden of Haddonfield was among more than 1,425 students named to the University of Scranton dean’s list, which recognizes students for academic excellence during the 2014 fall semester. A student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours to make the Dean’s List. Borden is a senior nursing major in the University’s Panuska College of Professional Studies.

Siera Carusone, a first year anthropology major, Abigail Finkenauer, a sophomore biological science major, and Nicole Bull, a senior anthropology major, were named to the dean’s list for the fall 2014 semester at the University of Vermont.

Andreas Rebmann of Haddonfield has made the dean’s list for fall 2014 at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. A graduate of Haddonfield Memorial High School, Rebmann is now a freshman at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y. where he is majoring in chemical engineering. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute was named as one of the top 10 engineering colleges in the United States by USA Today.

Samantha M. Verzella of Haddonfield was named to the president’s list at Clemson University for the fall 2014 semester. Verzella is majoring in language and international trade. To be named to the president’s list, a student must achieve a 4.0 grade-point average.

Michael Lacatena, majoring in accounting, Constance Guistwhite, majoring in English, and Lauren Fell, majoring in interdisciplinary health services, all of Haddonfield earned dean’s list honors for the fall 2014 semester at Saint Joseph’s University.

Gregory Robert Mumford of Haddonfield, whose major is management, has been named to the dean’s list at Clemson University for the fall 2014 semester.
