Moorestown DeCafe welcomes Blue Jersey Band on Jan. 23

The Moorestown DeCafe is delighted to welcome Princeton-based Blue Jersey Band on Friday, Jan. 23. The Blue Jersey Band brings an eclectic mix of swing, gypsy, jazz and bluegrass to their performances, with Frank Ruck on mandolin, guitar and vocals, Ellen Ruck on guitar and vocals and Mike Sutton on bass guitar. The band’s influences include Django Reinhardt, Tony Rice, David Grisman and Freddie Green, and they have performed at Musikfest, Albert Music Hall and the New England Folk Festival.

DeCafe provides a warm coffeehouse environment for great music in an intimate setting surrounded by art. This event takes place at Perkins Center for the Arts located at 395 Kings Highway in Moorestown. Doors open 7:30 p.m. and concert starts at 8:15 p.m. $20 includes coffee, tea and treats.
