“The results achieved by our police department over the past two months go a long way in demonstrating our commitment to the prevention of individuals who are inclined to drive while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and I want to commend our officers in keeping our streets safe,” Chief of Police Christopher Chew said.

The Evesham Township Police Department will continue to conduct DWI enforcement operations throughout this upcoming year. These DWI operations are an effort to reduce the number of alcohol related crashes and to make the roadways and community safer. The department also reminds people that if they see an impaired driver to dial 911. These DWI enforcement operations are funded by grants from the state and supported by additional township funding.
