Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Christopher J. Carlson, has recently joined its growing litigation department as a shareholder.
Carlson, a Cherry Hill resident, concentrates his practice on the defense of New Jersey and Pennsylvania matters on behalf of insurance companies, self-insured entities and third-party administrators in the fields of premises liability, transportation, motor vehicle and construction claims. He has also handled commercial insurance coverage, fire loss, dram shop, subrogation and first party “Personal Injury Protection” matters.
He received his bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Rutgers University in New Brunswick and his doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden. Carlson is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney and he is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
