Moorestown Police Reports for Dec. 12 through Dec. 18

The following reports are on file with the Moorestown Police Department:

On Dec. 12 as a result of a domestic situation a 36-year-old man of East Third Street has been charged on a warrant with simple assault, $2,500 bail.

On Dec. 14 a 55-year-old woman of Camden was arrested and charged with shoplifting. She concealed clothing from Boscov’s Dept. Store in the Moorestown Mall valued at $258.45. The woman was released on a summons.

On Dec. 14 a 39-year-old individual Philadelphia was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The individual took a woman’s jacket valued at $83.99. The individual was released on a summons.

On Dec. 18, due to a domestic dispute between sisters, arrested and charged with simple assault were a 53-year-old woman and a 55-year-old woman, both of Moorestown. Both were released on summons.

On Dec. 18 a 74-year-old man of Camden was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The man shoplifted a Keurig coffee maker from Boscov’s Dept. Store in the Moorestown Mall. The value of the coffee maker is $199.99. He was released on a summons. A 68-year-old female of Philadelphia was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property. She took a Keurig coffee maker from the previously mentioned male individual valued at $199.99 from Boscov’s and returned the coffee maker for a refund. She was released on a summons.

On Dec. 18 as the result of a motor vehicle stop on the Moorestown Mall parking lot for shoplifting from Dick’s Sporting Goods on Nixon Drive in Mt. Laurel, one occupant was charged with being a fugitive from justice from the State of Pennsylvania for a parole violation. A 32-year-old woman of Philadelphia was transported to the Burlington County Jail on a warrant with bail to be set.
