Markeim Chalmers, a leading commercial real estate, appraisals and property management firm based in Cherry Hill, announces the negotiation of several recent commercial sales and leases in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties. The transactions involve a combination of office, industrial, retail, land and multi-family sites.
The firm represented clients in the negotiation of nine long-term leases for a mix of retail, office and medical space, including 4,800-square feet with Med Express Urgent Care in Washington Twp. negotiated by Markeim vice president, Seth Hersh and 4,000-square feet with Bayada in Moorestown handled by Markeim vice president, Matthew Neisser.
Markeim’s 11 commercial sales transactions included retail, medical and office sites as well as a bar and liquor license for a total of more than $9.7 million dollars. Two of such sales of note include the 22,000-square foot Towne Center Shops in Lindenwold by Hersh, and the 72,000-square foot Wilson Building in Camden by Markeim vice president, Kevin Burns.
Located in Gloucester Township, the one 14-acre land parcel alone represented 10 percent of the 1st quarter sales selling for $1.4 million dollars, a transaction handled by Burns.
Multi-family sales generally represent a smaller portion of the firm’s portfolio yet the three sites, one in Mount Laurel, Collingswood and Glassboro, totaled $1.8 million in sales.
