Long and Foster reveals increase in sales during March

Long and Foster’s Cherry Hill sales office had a terrific month during March. According to Terry Spahr, regional manager of the New Jersey and Delaware Region of Long and Foster, “The Cherry Hill office sales volume was up 54 percent and their units were up 46 percent over last March.”

Manager Marc Ricci said “Year to date, our sales volume is up 50 percent and units are up 28 percent over last year. In addition our average sale price increased 5 percent versus last March.”

“This type of activity shows that our sales associates are proactive and positive in today’s housing market,” said Gary Scott, president of Long and Foster Real Estate.

“For buyers and sellers looking to accomplish their homeownership goals, the Cherry Hill professionals are well-equipped to help consumers identify opportunities in today’s market.”
